This hiring plan is postpaid in nature but requires an advance of Rs. 5000 as a token of confirmation. Commercials as below
CXO Role: 25% of annual CTC of the selected candidate
Developer Roles: 15% of annual CTC of the candidate
Sales/BD/HR/Customer Support/Others: 8.33% of annual CTC of the selected candidate
Design Profiles: 8.33% of annual CTC of the selected candidate
Teaching Roles: 1 month salary of the selected tutor

Payment to be made within 7 days of candidate joining
In-case the candidate leaves the organization within 90 days of joining, a suitable
replacement to be provided. Incase a suitable replacement is not found in the next 15 days,
50% of the total amount charged to be reimbursed in 7 working days. Incase a service
agreement(bond) is signed with the candidate, refund replacement clause is rendered null. Also, refund replacement clause is not valid incase the organization decides to let the employee go.
