Responsibilities:
• Generating business through the digital platform
• Developing & executing an online marketing plan
• Managing social media accounts and other online platforms
• Developing content and theme for digital marketing including videos
• Indiamart and other platform query management
• Customer Service – Inquiry & grievance management
• Regular client support
• Coordinating with vendors and consultants
• Data management & reporting
• Retail marketing

Education/Experience

Requirements
§ Minimum 1 years of experience in digital marketing/customer service or fresh graduate
§ Masters/bachelor’s in marketing
§ Field/Marketing experience in the building material segment is preferred
§ Good communication, organizational & coordination skills
§ Quick learner
§ System driven
§ Multitasking and flexible
§ Research skills
§ Customer development & engagement
§ Good negotiation skills
§ Go-getter & proactive
§ Advance excel is preferred
