Required Experience and Qualifications
a) Ex-military retired professional or management professional with shop-floor management
experience in manufacturing unit especially in FABRICATION (Minimum 5 years of experience)
b) Qualified by CIPET - Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology
c) Experience in Quality Control
d) Open to working on the Production-floor
e) Assertive and proactive
f) Strong communication, planning and organizational skills
g) Strong people management skills
h) Ability to deal with labour and other workers
i) Organized & Analytical & System Driven
j) Attentive to details
k) Physically active and mentally strong
l) Language – comfortable in English, Hindi and Mewari/ local Udaipur Dialect
m) Advance excel is preferred
n) data management skills
o) PVC/WPC experience is preferred
