- Implementing Marketing strategies to drive volumes & achieve high profitability,
- Meeting & networking with consultants, scientist, researcher scholar for product specification & business generation.
- Developing & managing key accounts across the assigned territory.
- Create, Implement & Devise a strategy to engage/motivate subordinates to become more proactive in endorsing/selling companies product.
- Ability to understand a need gap in the market & to fill it with a new product by working closely with the R & D/NPD team.
- Providing strategic market inputs to in-house R&D & Product development teams.
- Delight customers by proactively meeting their requirements with respect to quality, delivery, and product development after-sales support.
- To establish a system to monitor customer satisfaction index & service quality index, vis-à-vis competitors.
- Ensure optimized functioning of all the reporting national/regional vertical managers’ w.r.t adherence to all sales operations.
- Ensure development of talent (developing the second line high potential, growth-oriented team members), employee talent quotient, satisfactions, motivation & learning.
Experience: Candidate should have experience in Laser Machine sales
