Job responsibilities:

Recruiting and managing a team of POS agents to sell Health Insurance.
Manage complete life cycle of the Agents e.g. Training the partners on our app for servicing their
customers in the most efficient and effective manner, driving partners for higher wallet share with
us.
Understand and align with the company policies.
Maintain the highest level of business hygiene.

Skills Required:

Maturity to handle, recruit POS and motivate the team.
Should be able to take responsibility for monthly numbers and deliver the same.
Strong Communication skills, verbal and written.
Should be aware of the market developments.
