• Interact with client and conceptualize creative ideas and brief about its impact.

• Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks.

• Test and improve the design of the website.

• Establish design guidelines, standards and best practices.

• Maintain the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.

• Design visual imagery for websites and ensure that they are in line with branding for clients.

• Working with different content management systems.

• Communicate design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps and wireframes.

• Incorporate functionalities and features into websites.

• Design sample pages including colours and fonts and share it with client.

• Prepare design plans and presenting the website structure.

• Prepare and design email marketing templates.

Operations Support

• Measure and report performance of website and assess it with client’s requirement.

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

• Maintain an active awareness on industry trends as well as search best practices
