Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design order planning and execution processes, to ensure that order fulfillment timelines are met in any case.
• Manage end to end supply chain.
• Complete warehouse and inventory management
• Meeting SLAs & TATs
• Streamlining communication channels between Sales, Operations, Accounts and other teams
• Build relationships with logistics partners/third party vendors, negotiation & ensuring best prices
• Ensure that the order execution is as per the agreed processes.
• Manage/Train the warehouse team

Required Candidate profile

1.) Top engineering college(IITs/ IITs/ NITs/ RECs/ NSIT)
2.) Desire to move to an eCommerce company
3.) Very high problem solving capability and ability to work in a high growth chaotic environment independently.
4.) Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgements
5.) Well versed with Microsoft Excel skills.
6.) Analytical decision-making to recognize & process high potential requirements.
