• Customer Support Executive having Good Communication skills.
• The candidate will be involved in 1BHK and 2BHK Flats Sales and CRM.
• Reaching out to prospective clients over phone, conducting meeting and bringing the deal to closure.
• Working effectively for lead conversions.
• Submit daily progress reports and ensure data is accurate

• A professional approach in answering calls and provides information about products and services.
• Excellent communication skills. Fluency in Written & Spoken Hindi and English Work
• Efficiency across google drive and Microsoft office.
• Work in a team building environment
• Listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take and handle stress and pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills. Exhibiting patience in order to appease the most difficult clients.
• Following through on inquiries to ensure completion and satisfaction. Solving problems creatively when easy solutions aren’t available.
