Sales Head

Job Description

  • Develop an enterprise level sales strategy for govt, corporation and enterprises business and plan the long term implementation.
  • Define, Implement & Manage the enterprise sales & marketing processes which includes planning, forecasting, budgeting, sales funnel management etc.
  • Appraise to Directors on short term & long terms implementation strategy as well as on performance matrix.
  • Align business strategy with Technical and Project teams to maxim use the profitability.
  • Leverage the existing organisational strength to align with strategic objectives.
  • Define the target markets for both govt and corporate and identify the profiles of prospective customers.
  • Lead the go-to market strategy to demonstrate the organisational competency.
  • Plan & Manage Customer Promotional Activities.
  • Manage Customer Relationship for all the stake holders at all the times.
  • Develop & Manage a Strong Account Management Plan and Team.
  • Monitor Customer Support Issue, Maximize the Retaining Business.
  • Managing the entire sales life cycle in all perspectives - Lead generation, Funnel Management, Account Management, Bid Management, Sales Closure, Custom Satisfaction and Profit maximization.
  • Review tech bids and Review project cost sheet.
  • Proposal and Bid management.
  • Organised pre-sales support for leads. 
  • Post Sales Order Management.
  • Review & Improve Operational Efficiency of Entire Sales Process
  • Build & Lead a strong team with performance driven growth path.
  • Define Responsibilities & Accountability for Managers and individual.
  • Mentor the team by demonstrating the effective sales skill for closing the deal.

 

Education/Experience

Experience Required: 15-24 years
