Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: 

The individual in this role would be responsible for Electrical and Instrument work, Site Supervision, Reporting and Operation

• Instrument List Preparation, Cable Scheduling.
• Troubleshooting and corrective action of instrument breakdown or failures to find the root cause and best solution in order to restore the functionality back to normal.
• Supervise work execution on site, develop procedures and instruction for either maintenance, shutdown or project to ensure compliance to safety, specification, standard and procedures in order to achieve highest quality of the work.
• Develop the plan, scope and lead the execution of shutdown works for instrumentation to ensure completion within the specified window.
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly status report on activities to management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Ready to work in shifts.
• Willingness to travel to Various Sites for Installation / Commissioning / Servicing of equipment.
• Should be familiar with following Detail Engineering Deliverables: Instrument Index, Instrument specifications, I/O list, JB Schedule, Cable Schedule, Interconnection Wiring Schedules, Control Loop Diagrams, Hook-up Drawings, Equipment Location Drawings for Field Instrumentation, Field Junction Box Lay-Out Drawings, Power Distribution Field Box Lay-Out Drawings, Embedded plate and channel base drawings for I&C equipment, Installation Material Lists for Field Instrumentation, Cable lists with cable routing information, Cable tray drawings, with supporting structures included, etc
