Business Development Executive

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide a daily interface between Tufropes and its customers/sub-dealers.
  • Establish strong business relationships with customers/prospects.
  • Build customer loyalty-Attract customers to purchase Tufropes in preference to the competition.
  • Meet day to day needs of customers through the local channel partners.
  • Achievement of monthly sales targets and collections.
  • Updating sub-dealers about the change in product pricing and new product launches.
  • Solving problems and queries of sub-dealers.
  • Searching for new dealers/sub-dealers and plugging geographic performance gaps.
  • Organizing roadshows, plumber meets in respective geographies.
  • Keeping a close eye on competitors' market function and reporting to seniors.
  • Developing for new dealers/sub-dealers and plugging geographic performance gaps.
  • Making daily market reports.
  • Attending sales meetings and monthly closing and next month planning.
  • Provide details for Brand promotion and placement of Tufropes signage across all channel partner locations.
  • Maintain follow-ups on deliveries and report any lack of order fulfillment to the supervisor.
  • Maintain coverage discipline and fixed journey cycle to inspire trust and admiration of Tufropes Brand.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in Hindi and English
  • Candidates from the pumps and pipes industry will be preferred.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with B2B clients.

Education/Experience

Experience Required: 5 to 10 years of total experience.
