Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Communicating with global clients.
• Understanding client’s requirement and delivering the output in desired time, with expected quality of work.
• Making B2B Calls to potential customers and describing products services.
• Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services.
• Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
• Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
• Fix appointments for the On-boarding Call and offering the Trial to the customers.
• Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
• Generate between 2-3 hot leads per day.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 1-2 + Year (International Call Center).
• Excellent English Communication skills (Verbal & Written).
• Excellent phone manner and articulation.
