Responsibilities and Duties
 * Ensure efficient functioning of the plant at day & night depending on shift
 * housekeeping
 * Production as per schedule
 * Labour management
 * Input and output management
 * Disciplinary and grievance management

* Strong communication, planning and organizational skills
* Strong people management skills
*Ability to deal with labour and other workers
*Physically active and mentally strong
*Language – comfortable in English, Hindi and Mewari/ local Udaipur Dialect
 Excel
* Data management skills


Should have experience in Supervision 2+ years
