Sales Executive (Marble Industry)

Job Description

Responsibilities

  1.  Actively seek out new sales opportunities through physical site visits, and
    networking
  2.  Conduct minimum desired visits/meetings to sites, contractors, engineers,
    and architects in a day
  3.  Build a connection with local architects, construction contractors and listen to
    their wishes and concerns and generate business through them
  4.  Prepare and maintain a database of customer leads, influencers
  5.  Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  6.  Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate
     customer needs
  7.  Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  8.  Responsible for more than 1 district, frequent travel to all the districts for
     lead creation and business generation

Education/Experience

Requirements
1. Proven experience in sales of stones (marbles, granites, etc), tiles, or other
flooring materials (sanitary ware and/or furnishing material experience might
be considered for a promising candidate)
2. Proficiency in Hindi and regional dialects
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
5. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
6. Fast learner and passion for sales
7. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
