Job Description

Job-role is as below

  • Research relevant Job-seekers via Naukri, LinkedIn, Social Media, Niche sites etc. 
  • Cold Call potential Job-seekers for specific Jobs
  • Conduct telephonic interviews to screen candidates based on the Job requirement.
  • Counsel Job-seekers wrt their career aspirations expected salary etc.


  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Drive to learn & excel
  • Duration of the internship: 6 months
  • A high performer in this role would be someone with good aptitude, excellent communication skills & high EQ. 


  • 5 Day work week
  • Exceptional Performers would be awarded a PPO
