Job Description

• Sourcing new business for the bank comprising fund based and non-fund based facilities.
• Maximize wallet share of the existing clients and ensure that all the parameters in terms of housekeeping is met. Detect early warning signals and prevent slippages.
• Facilitate review and renewal of existing limits by coordinating with the Credit Analyst, Cluster Head and Credit Hub.
• Cross sell of various products and services of the bank and third party products to increase fee income.
• Establish close rapport with the clients and various other stakeholders in the internal and external ecosystem.
• Make regular visits to the various touch points of the client including offices, factories, shops and other establishments.
• Escalate in a timely manner on all developments with respect to the client to all superiors in business and credit.
