Job Description

The following explains the key roles for the job profile:

- Coordinate with clients

- Track game-project development

- Track game-project timelines

- Manage and mentor team members

- Track existing and additional requirements for game-projects

- Provide an interface of communication between clients and team members

- Maintain healthy contact with existing clients and pitch them new ideas features; whenever possible

- Create game-project plans

- Hold regular team meetings for project related communication and progress tracking

- Report progress and results of projects to Senior Game Producer within the company

- Motivate team members whenever the need be

- Keep a close eye on quality of client deliverables such as the game itself, the reports, time-sheets, invoices, etc.

Required Skills:

- Excellent understanding of various roles and processes involved in video games creation

- Ability to generate requirements for art creation, reference-collection etc for the art team comprising of Graphics, Animation and Sound Designers

- Attention to detail

- Awareness regarding high quality games

- Ability to identify process and personnel level issues; whenever required

- Ability to come up with constructive suggestions/actions to address process and personnel level issues; if need be

- Ability to translate tech- and game-jargon to a language more understandable to non-technical stake-holders of projects

- Fluency in written and oral English language communication skills

- Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies

Optional but Great to have Skills:

- Game Design skills

- Game Design Document writing skills

- Wireframe/mock-up layout creations for games during requirement analysis and design phase
