Job Description

1.Overall in charge of Sales Department.

2.Strategy formulation for market share expansion and acquiring new business across India.

3.Ensuring maintenance of excellent business relations with new and existing customers

4.Streamlining and optimally structuring the reporting hierarchy of the sales team for high efficiency

5.Establishing annual and quarterly targets for the company and assigning them to respective sales persons

6.Monitoring and guiding the -sales team

7.Acquiring timely reports from respective team leaders

8.Handling Key High Value Customers

9.Maintaining high morale of the Sales Team

10.MUST BE CURRENTLY ASSOCIATED WITH SELLING OF HOME LOANS AND LOAN AGAINST PROPERTY.
