Job Title : Digital Marketing Associate
Experience : 3-5 years
Location : Chennai, India
Employment Type : Full Time
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Work with the Director of Marketing on various digital marketing campaigns
● Manage and maintain the organization's blog and Social Media Accounts
● Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
● Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
● Coordinate with design & content teams to deliver marketing campaigns in time
● Plan and monitor campaign plan and activities
● Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance
● Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
● Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
● Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
● Good at digital marketing strategies using PPC, SEO, SEM, and other techniques to attract traffic to the company’s website and increasing awareness of company’s products and services
Required Skills:
● A minimum of 3-5 year of experience in Digital Marketing or Advertising position
● Excellent writing and editing skills in English (indeed!)
● Knowledge of the key concepts of digital marketing and the main channels and techniques including SEO, Social media, Affiliate marketing and Email marketing is a plus
● Sales & Marketing PPT and Promotion Documents
● Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
Desired Candidate’s Profile:
● Any UG/PG degree from University.
● Open to explore & learn new tools every day
● Good knowledge on social media
● Creative approach to solve problems
● Flair for acquiring Marketing skills
● Ability to meet deadlines
● Familiar with the SaaS/Software industry is a plus.
