Job Description

 

  • Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards.
  • Deep functional knowledge or hands-on design experience with Web Services.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments.
  • Good understanding of computer systems and other tech products. 
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to outlook, Network connectivity, AD domain environment, printer issues.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software Must be able to configure troubleshoot basic network devices, Printers, switches, Wi-Fi routers, Servers, LAN & VPN Connectivity. 

Education/Experience

Qualification: Mini. Graduate with Good Command on English (Fluent English)

Experience:  Mini. 1 Year and Max. 2 Years
