Manage a team size of more than 50+ associates across the different vertical lines of business.
Set up quality and performance management systems
Manage the entire Business Transformation Services unit with full responsibility for P&L. Major focus on revenue generation and cost control.
Concurrently manage multiple customers and teams.
Develop comprehensive strategies, working with finance, quality, sourcing, training, and operations.
Manage customer relationships and expand the existing business. Should play a key part in pre-sales / sales, acquiring new business.

Qualification: Mini. Graduate with Good Command on English (Fluent English)

Experience: Mini. 8 Years and Max. 10 Years
