Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: 

1. Ensure distributor claims are settled in time by proper scrutiny and on field verification.
   , Key Account Management, Sales Management.
2. Track availability of required manpower at distributors as per plan and monitor their performance and highlight deviations of norms to Sales Manager.
3. Develop sales forecast for all categories based on trends, develop channel sales strategy for geography assigned in consultation with the Reporting Manager.
4. 25 - 35 outlet visit per day with productive calls.
5. Opening new outlets
6. Handling Distribution Network .
7. Responsible for achieving the budgeted and stretched sales targets for the entire
8. range of products and increasing our market share.
9. Tracking of primary & secondary Sales in line with company objective .
10. Distributor appointment & replacement in order to maintain quality of work.
11. Supervise, control and develop business through existing sales team &
12. Distributor.
13. Setting business target for the sales team and Distributor and for self and
14. monitoring their achievement & marketing strategy to increase market share for
15. our products.
16. Timely reporting on sales & other activities.
17. Reporting Area sales Manager & Regional Sales Manager
