Job Description

  • Client Handling.
  • Management of Client’s daily task
  • Executive Assistance preparing reports, presentations
  • Knowledge of various CRM systems
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing - SEO/AdWords/PPC, etc
  • Team Handling capabilities (Handled minimum of 4 peoples team)
  • Calendar Management, Email Management, Scheduling Meetings, etc.
  • Should be comfortable for UK Europe shift timings

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Operations and Team Handling in KPO/BPO.
