Job Description

Job-role is as below

  • Sourcing profiles: Research relevant Job-seekers via Internal Database, Naukri, LinkedIn, other Social Media, references etc. 
  • Screening profiles: Cold Call potential Job-seekers for specific Jobs, Conducting telephonic interviews to screen candidates based on the Job requirement, Counselling Job-seekers if required etc.
  • Coordination: Scheduling & facilitating interviews while maintaining a positive relationship with employers & Job-seekers 

Education/Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment is required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Drive to excel and become a Top Performer
  • Permanent Work from Home is available
  • Fixed salary plus attractive incentives based on successful joining
