Sourcing profiles: Research relevant Job-seekers via Internal Database, Naukri, LinkedIn, other Social Media, references etc.
Screening profiles: Cold Call potential Job-seekers for specific Jobs, Conducting telephonic interviews to screen candidates based on the Job requirement, Counselling Job-seekers if required etc.
Coordination: Scheduling & facilitating interviews while maintaining a positive relationship with employers & Job-seekers
Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment is required
Excellent communication skills
