Job Responsibilities:

Identifying clients, Explaining company services (Web & Mobile Application Development, ERP Development etc ) to generate leads
Have Fairly good knowledge of the up-selling convincing customer.
Cold calling, Internet research, Data collection, Lead generation, Outbound calling, Customer relation-building, Email Campaign management.
Need to collect data, sort, and analyze it to produce a quality result.

Requirement:

Proven experience as Tele-caller or other sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
