Job Description :

• To Contact potential or existing patients to inform them about our service using scripts.
• To answer questions about services of the Hospital.
• To ask questions to understand patient requirements and close appointments.
• To Enter and update patient information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances to preserve the Hospital's reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet patient satisfaction and facilitate future prospects
• Keep records of calls and note useful information

Requirements:

• Proven experience as telecaller representative or other sales/customer service role in Hospital Industry- IVF preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of English/ Hindi Language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to patients
