Job Description

• Under management direction, assign work schedules, following company requirements, to ensure quality and timely delivery of in-home services.
• Supervise and evaluate nursing and home landing gives; explain standards of performance expected and maintain an evaluation system.
• Assist with identifying educational needs for staff and recommend in-service/development programs to train workers in proper procedures and functions.
• Ensure staff activities and records adhere to regulatory requirements and recommend improvements to guarantee established standards in areas such as cleanliness and health maintenance are maintained to assure a high quality of service and patient satisfaction.
• Provide any necessary specialized training and guidance to landinggivers working in Chinese-speaking homes, utilizing the ability to effectively communicate with patients and their families as well as the landinggivers assigned to landing for them.
