Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:  

  1. Preparation of Daily MIS (Bus Availability, Daily Breakdown, Driver Complaint, Km reading)
  2. Revenue Km sign off, AMC Invoice preparation & submission
  3. Timely AIR signoff & accident vehicle estimate submission
  4. Accidental P.O generation & ensure availability of accidental parts, accidental repair with in decided timeline
  5. Accidental parts & labor invoice preparation & timely invoice submission
  6. Monitoring gate process for Km & accidental shortage/damages
  7. Coordination with SAP team for addition or modification if SAP process as per requirement.

Education/Experience

  • B-Com/MBA
  • 2-6 Years of relevant experience
