To monitoring Machine Shop Production activities on CNC Lathes, Vmc-AMS & Makino M/c, washing Machines & LT Machines, packing & Dispatches.
To develop prove out programs setups of new components & existing.
To monitor Quality Parameters as per the requirements of products & processes.
To monitor the Process Parameters on machines daily updating of data.
To monitor Production plan vs. Actual Production as per the targets.
Manpower Planning and efficiency calculations, schedule compliance.
To co-ordinate with the Quality, Fettling, Maintenance, and PDC team for daily activities, corrective actions.
To ensure and follow all safety rules in the department.
To maintain Housekeeping and 5s of the shop floor.
To monitor smooth material handling.
