1. Establish & implement training processes & strategies for all technical personnel.

2. Analyze, plan & develop requirements & standards in reference to scheduled projects.

3. Assign & oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones.

4. Determine and define clear deliverables, roles & responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives.

5. Research & evaluate hardware & software technology options & weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company.

6. Update & maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance & installation

Skills:
-Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferred.
-Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment & promoting a teamwork mentality.
-Managerial experience applying analytical thinking & problem-solving skills.
-Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles.
