1. Experience in building API and Web Sockets for client-server communication with security considerations.
2. Experience with server-side.
3. Experience with web services API integration (Rest, JSON, XML).
4. Ability to understand requirements and maps to technical implementation.
5. Strong knowledge of best practices and modern web design trends is necessary.
6. Excel at rapid prototyping and at writing good code.
7. Experience with modern version control. (GIT or Bit Bucket).
8. Experience with testing/ debugging in multiple platforms.
9. Understanding of general user experience & UI design principles.
10. Agile methodologies.
11. Establish & implement training processes & strategies for all technical personnel.
