Experience : 3-5 yrs

Qualification : Minimum Graduate with HR professional

Designation : Senior Executive - HR

Type of Employment: 9 month contractual job(Off roll)

Profile onuses :

• Hands on Recruitment task (Middle & lower Management Profiles):
• a. Screening the profiles from job portals and scheduling for further rounds, also to ensure quick closures meticulously
• b. Maintaining the recruitment MIS
• c. Support in Campus recruitment
• d. On boarding formalities
• e. Developing the recruitment strategies (conventional and unconventional) & manpower planning
• Employee Engagement, Retention & attrition control
• Employees attendance calculations & processing the same for payroll
• Handling the employee grievances
• Monitoring the Admin dept
• Handling the day to day routine works as and when required

Profile Specification:

• Candidate from bulk hiring background for permanent and temp staffing will be added advantage
• Matured & diligent behaviour so as to handle the employees effectively to maintain the  
• healthy interpersonal relationships with them
• Must have strong ad hoc decision making abilities & ' Go Getter' attitude
• Good in communication skills
• Pleasing personality & netiquettes
• Should be highly enthusiastic, diligent and excellent to work for long tenure
