Urgent Hiring for Desktop Support Engineer- L1

Skills Required- On-site comprehensive maintenance services including repair/replacement of faulty/defective parts in respect of all IT assets.

L1 Support On Operating System-

L1 Support Standard licensed software's provided by the customer such as viz MS-Office etc.

L1 Support On license Anti-virus (CD/DVD Supplied by Customer)

L1 Support on configuration of printers at HO/RO

L1 Support On Network Equipments in the HO/RO and Reomte Support for RO Network Equipments

Knowledge of MS-Excel, Word

Knowledge of Desktop RAM, SMPS, Motherboard, HDD, TFT Replacement.

Knowledge of Basic Printer troubleshooting.

Experience Required- 0.6 to 3years

Qualification- 3years Diploma/Graduation.

Job Location- Bikaner, Ajmer, Jaipur, Sikar, Rajasthan,
