• Accountable for the Business development in assigned area/Hub/spoke as well as servicing existing client.
• Managing end-to-end sales lifecycle tapping prospects, analysing their requirements, rendering advice, negotiating commercially, and ensuring timely disbursement of loan.
• Managing internal & external customer relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve defined business targets in specified time period.
• Ensure collection of all post disbursement documents.
• Co-ordination between customer & branch officials for sanction & documentation.
• Monitoring the portfolio regularly in order to contain any delinquency symptoms in the initial stage by meeting such clients with proactive measures.
