Ranosys is seeking to hire a BDM who will play an instrumental role in setting up the BD team. In this highly-visible role, you will be responsible for creating a healthy pipeline of opportunities for the sales team by focussing on targeted platforms, territories, and industries. Your primary responsibility is to help prospects for potential interest and set meetings which our Sales team can then convert into qualified opportunities. You would work with our global sales team to create and execute campaigns with them. This would be a great opportunity for someone who is keen to lead by example and can build, grow, and lead the BD team at Ranosys.


Responsibilities

  • Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with prospects via LinkedIn, phone and via e-mail.
  • Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with Enterprise companies and agencies.
  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Sales team based out of APAC, Europe, Middle East & US regions.
  • Conduct research about the key executive contacts at our target accounts and identify ways to personalize your sales prospecting emails to them.
  • Connect with target prospects, deliver our unique value proposition, qualify business requirements and relay the information to Account Executives.
  • Lead the data mining team and ensure that all prospects, leads, etc. are managed appropriately in the CRM.
  • Develop and sustain knowledge of Ranosyss offerings, value proposition and case studies.
  • Identify and understand trends within industries, what makes a campaign successful and apply this knowledge to help generate further new opportunities for the sales team.
  • Work with a monthly, quarterly and yearly quota and provide feedback to improve marketing and sales efforts.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales and Pipeline development roles in IT Services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great phone personality and phone voice.
  • Great listening skills and a desire to learn proper consultative selling techniques.
  • High-energy and positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a high quality of work.
