We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager - Surgical / OTC Business / Hospital Product.

Candidate should have ate last 08 to 15 years Business Experience with FMCG / Surgical /OTC/Rehabilitation Experience.

The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Responsibilities-

Responsible for managing sales in assigned territory through channel management.

• Develop channels by exploring additional channel partners.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Interface with dealers to define requirements, prepare and present proposals and sales and marketing support.
• Defines and directs the sales strategy for the region. Oversees the strategic development and implementation of sales strategy. Builds strong relationships with key leaders, partners, stakeholders, and customers, internal or external to the sales organization.
• Direct and coordinate company sales function.
• Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology.
