Digital Marketing Manager (Handicraft Industry)

Description:

The job of this person is to increase organic traffic on the website with the help
of SEO and using all the three techniques to do so. :
a) On-page SEO
b) Technical SEO
c) Off-page SEO

They’ll be responsible for forming the digital marketing strategy for the Company
and make sure that we get as much organic growth as possible.
He/she should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and
be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to
execution. Digital marketing managers will work with the supporting teams to
launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Working hours: 48 hours
Wee off day: Sunday
Experience – 5-6 years

Responsibilities:
 Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM,
marketing database, email, social media and display advertising
campaigns:

We would be focusing heavily on the digital marketing aspect of this
business as we need to widen our reach as much as possible because
we’re primarily targeting international markets. That is why we’re
helping sellers write their products description so that we can directly
add those keywords into the descriptions for better SEO. This person
would also be helping setting targets, strategies and budgets for paid
marketing. This person will work closely with the catalogue team
(Graphic designer & Content writer) for catalogues, creating effective
landing pages and email marketing strategies.

 Design, build and maintain our social media presence:
This person would be taking care of our social media handles on
LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram for better social media presence.

 Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns,
and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs):
It’s very important to keep track of KPI’s and also measure ROI for
effective decision making. There are a few KPI’s that they would need to
assess:

1) Conversion rate
2) Less cart abandonment
3) Fewer queries from buyers regarding products
4) Organic search
5) Customer’s LTV

We will also take their expertise to add more KPI’s to this.

 Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance
based on the insights:
