Perform Pre- Screening calls to analyze appilicants abilities
Hands on experience with various interview formats (phone, Skype etc)
Excellend verbal and written communication skills.

Required Candidate profile

Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (eg social media recruiting and Boolean search)
