Roles and Responsibilities

1. Overall Heading of Accounts/Finance team of 8-10 Nos.
2. Validation of Accounting Process and accounting system as per requirement of contract
3. Validation of Works contract agreement, contracting agreements and accounting of the same
4. Create & review accounting process as per standard accounting practice and statutory requirement
5. Ensure intime statutory compliance
6. Assist statutory audit
7. Manage financial systems and budgets
8. Provide financial advice
9. liaison with clients (individuals or businesses) and provide financial information and advice.
10. Review the company's systems and analyse risk
11. Perform tests to check financial information and systems
12. Advice on tax planning (within current legislation to enable them to minimize their tax liability) and tax issues associated with GST.
13. maintain accounting records and prepare accounts and management information
14. Banking exposure for funds
15. detect and prevent fraud (forensic accounting)
16. liaise with internal and external auditors (where applicable) and deal with any financial irregularities as they arise.
17. prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts.
18. arrange financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting
19. Arrange finance from bank & other bodies.
20. Prepare cash-flow statement for project execution & review it from time to time.
21. Ensure Filling & maintaining of Company/personal returns of all directors & ensure tax savings.
22. The projection for finance for the future.
23. Define SOPs of day-to-day work of all processes.
24. Ensure expense against planned budget.
25. Manage salaries/PF/ESIC and vendor payments along with all compliances.
26. Involvement of major policymaking for the organization.
