we are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, persuasive & competitive admissions counselor/ sales executive to develop admissions and attract new students. The interaction with prospective students and teachers will have to be conducted both online and offline. You will be responsible for influencing potential students and parents to enroll in the programs offered by Prodigy by providing correct & complete information about the programs and admissions. You will play a key role in increasing admissions, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales. Candidates are expected to create leads through partnerships with schools and other partnering organizations. We expect the candidates to have a zeal for sales and marketing, and strive for achieve their sales targets. Candidates with prior experience in sales will be preferred. However, the experience is no bar for the right candidates who possess the enthusiasm and communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to handle requests, feedback, and queries from our students in a quick and professional manner.
Responsibilities and Duties
Converting a prospective lead to admission: Sourcing out new sales opportunities through making a follow-up of inbound leads and through outbound hot calls and emails.
Creating new leads through online efforts and offline partnerships with schools, other organizations, clubs, forums, etc.
Providing counseling to students regarding courses and converting them into admission.
Work will also include answering any questions the prospective students might have about our courses.
Maintain relationships with parents and students by providing support, information, and guidance and providing them with 100% satisfaction
Follows up with students to get positive reviews on social media

Sound knowledge of computers, Microsoft powerpoint, word etc.
Ability to Write/type messages to ensure professional tone

Fluency in English- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in English in both written and verbal format
