Roles and Responsibilities

12-14 years of experience with alteast 3-4 years in core architecture and design

• Strong exposure to requirement gathering and solution architecture and scalable design in open source projects (Java, PHP) for large and medium size projects
• Demonstrated leadership in ensuring technical quality and driving compliance to industry best practices
• Strong review practice to ensure compliance to architecture, design and coding standards
• Drive new technology research initiatives and build organization capability in new technologies areas
• Exposure to handling multiple projects and presales requirements in parallel and ensure timely and quality deliveries to customers
• Exposure to estimation, solution design and proposal generation for qualified leads
• Ability to establish software development life cycle best practices and implement tools and technologies to implement them
• Demonstrated customer management skills for managing customer expectations, customer engagement and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to groom team to play larger role and guidance in career progression
• Good understanding of project methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative and Agile Scrum) and SDLC processes for successful project deliveries
• Exposure to ISO/CMMI processes and good understanding of processes
