Roles Responsibilities: - Deliver service and support to end users through phone call, via remote connection or over the internet. - Interact with the customer to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and request about products and services. - Gather customer's information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptom. - Set up new customer accounts, follow up on customer interactions - Ability to learn different ERP products developed by our company.
