Full Stack Technical coach is a person who knows tech stack/methodology/practices completely and still hands on, wherein the person would need to guide a team and sit with the developers and show them on Coding/testing practically. Person should have the below skill set to be a perfect/preferred match

Full Stack ( Java/Spring Boot, React/Redux + AWS + Microservices Arch, RDS & No-SQL etc.) -- ( Hands on Full stack with good TDD & coding practices etc.) -- Expert level
Good experience with test automations, refactoring, TDD & DevOps etc. practices

Jmeter, ELT, Selenium

Education/Experience

Experience : 12 - 22 years
