JD:

The primary role will be that of recruitment (IT recruitment ability is a must)

Sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, engaging with the candidates, negotiating and rolling out offers, onboarding formalities

they will also be doing minor generalist activities such as employee engagement, policy framing, etc – experience in these skills is not mandatory but a willingness to learn should be there to adapt and learn new things for their growth as well as the company.
