Roles and Responsibilities

We have an opening as NPD having 3-5 years experience in Food Industries.

Develop seasonings for snacks food including Tastemakers for Noodles & Pasta.

Study and find out new ingredients to be used in development of Seasonings.

Conduct sensory analysis of prepared samples.

Take trials of new ingredient sample received and test them for use in development of Seasoning.

Reverse engineering of bench mark market products of different snack category.

Maintaining necessary records and documentation of works done on daily basis.

Conduct training for junior executives and giving insights on NPD.

Prepare application protocol for use of Seasoning.

Knowledge on Regulatory issues , FSSAI, F&DC , Others

Knowledge and experience of working in flavour house an added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as NPD in food ingredient manufacturing company. Applicant must have good communication skill, knowledge of working with Spices,Flavours,Product development of Seasoning.
