Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for Online Bidding on various portal like Upwork, freelancer, Fiverr etc.,
• He/ she is involved in the communication with clients and achieving targets.
• Communicate new project opportunities to existing & potential client.
• Responsible for Lead generator, Calling, Drafting of proposals, Client interaction, Negotiation, Follow ups, and also coordinate with the technical team.
• Create a Business Proposal, Presentations, Slides, and other documents as required by a potential client.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with prospects and existing clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have prior experience in handling International clients.
• Experience in bidding on various marketplace portals like Upwork, freelancer, Fiverr and bidding sites bringing up the projects for the company.
• Must be proficient in Proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, requirement gathering, communication link between the development team & clients.
• Experience with sales of Web & Mobile App Development projects will be an added advantage.
• Should have prior experience in software or Web Development Company.
• Good knowledge of IT Services and experience of Sales and Marketing is a must.
• He/ She should be a confident negotiator and have the ability to close a deal.
• Candidate should be able to work as per the time requirements of different countries and have a pleasing persona.
• Should possess good interpersonal skills for Account Handling and Relationship Building.
• Should be proactive and should have excellent convincing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skill is a must.
