Responsibilities:

  • Back-end & System support and coordinate with Group IT Team
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
  • Vendors management and invoices processing in SAP.
  • Monthly submission of MIS in predefined format.
  • Systems & network support

Qualification

  • Bachelor/ Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years of experience working in IT operations

 

Education/Experience

Experience : 2 - 6 years
