Hire professional will be handling:

Recruitment for SEO and BD team in India to Support Tejjy mission

Finding OPT and H1B visa holders to Tejjys US office

Finding Indian Architecture and Engineering companies performing BIM services for our outsourcing.

Setting meetings etc.

1.Hiring Recruitment - 70%

• Develop and implement a recruitment strategy/recruitment plan; this may include job posting optimization and use of social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and networking means to source candidates.
• Research on various social media sites (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, StackOverflow, GitHub etc).
• Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from acquiring/developing job descriptions, posting jobs, headhunting, sourcing, and screening; to working with local HR teams for selection, interview, offer /acceptance, and reference checks in an efficient and professional manner.
• Develop an effective pipeline of key talents potentially available for immediate hire.
• Responsible for the candidate's experience throughout his/her interview journey with us.
• Responsible for performing detailed reference checks on selected candidates.
• In selected cases, develop relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and manage the procurement and measurement process.
• Provide regular reporting and analytics of key hiring metrics to the hiring managers and country manager.
• Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to have a competitive edge.
• Gather feedback from the hiring manager on the quality of hires (gather satisfaction survey).

2. HR operations-30%

• Conduct on/offboarding process and HR Orientation independently.
• Coordinate the performance review cycle from goals setting to monitor and review (e.g. quarterly/annual and evaluations).
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives from the global head office.

Coordinate with the payroll vendor to complete month-to-month payroll.
