Job Profile description Roles & Responsibilities

• Able to perform D365 BC support related activities, not limited to Monitoring Support Queue, assign tickets, respond and resolve client queries.

• Able to perform functional analysis of the reported issues and advise the client about whether it is a setup issue or a bug or a change request.

• Able to create a solution design of the change request.

• Able to communicate with the client directly on support issues, whether an email, remote session, or a call.

• Able to advise clients on the D365 BC best practices and based on the customer’s business processes

• Identify gaps between standard processes and customer's business processes and document functional design specifications, including modifications.

• Some knowledge about development methods and environments.

• Able to backfill other resources if required in their absence.
Technical Skills Required Mandatory Yrs. Of Exp
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the implementation of Dynamics Business Central/NAV.

• Knowledge of accounting, trade & inventory modules of BC/ NAV

• Good verbal and written communication skills. 3+ years

• Planning skills and ability to work under minimal supervision, multi- task, and prioritize work.

• Customer-oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes.

• A background in the Professional Services/Technology Consulting industry is desirable.

BE - IT / BCA / MCA

Education/Experience

Experience : 3 - 8 years
