Roles and Responsibilities

Hands-on experience with scripting languages in the back end (NodeJS, Python, etc), AWS and JS in the frontend
A good idea of Engineering design principles, both at a high level and low level.
Strong knowledge of data modelling and normalization.
A strong idea of practical uses of data structures and algorithms.
Coach and mentor the development teams to improve the overall expertise and skills of the team.
Provide technical leadership, oversee and work closely with the development teams constantly reviewing the code and maintain quality of the design.
